Sale of Records

As a general practice, we do not sell or give out survey records to the public.  We are required by law to provide other legal survey firms with records upon request for a reasonable fee.

Smith Ltd. survey product that might assist you with a project, please complete the form below. We have in our custody pdf's, scans and AutoCAD files for Building Location Surveys, Plans of Survey, Surveyors Real Property Reports, Reference Plans, Topographic Surveys and Registration Plans, etc.  We will sell these records to the public.

Ronald H. Smith, OLS, CLS, OLIP opened a survey practice in Gananoque, Ontario in 1978 to service the Town of Gananoque and the surrounding area; including, but not limited to, Lansdowne, Rockport, Mallorytown, Leeds, Escott, Seeley’s Bay, Lyndhurst, Morton, Howe Island, Athens, Jones Falls, Elgin, Delta, Crosby, and the Thousand Islands.

In the early 1980's, Smith relocated his growing practice to Kingston, Ontario to meet the demands of a growing city by providing legal, topographic, construction and land development survey services.  His service area now included the City of Kingston and Frontenac County.  He obtained his Canada Lands Survey Commission in the late 1980's and completed a significant number of government and First Nations survey projects until the end of his career.
